    We are looking for an "A+" player with the organizational talent. The person to be hire will bring a high level of energy, positivity, and can-do attitude to work every day. Our Firm is small enough that everyone is a critical part of the team, yet big enough to offer the security and benefits you want.

    Responsibilities:

    You'll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls, emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, tracking activities of all conference rooms, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed, as well as interpersonal duties to assist the company in providing a high standard of service to our clients.

    Other responsibilities include:

    · Handle deliveries, manage incoming and outgoing mail

    · Ordering Supplies and maintain inventory.

    · Collecting and scanning mail

    · Greeting clients and ensuring that they are receiving top-notch customer service

    · Keep front area and kitchen orderly, neat, and well stocked

    · Run errands

    · Greeting clients and ensuring that they are receiving top-notch customer service

    · Assist with copies and scans

    · Light calendaring functions

    · Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Skills required:

    · Bilingual English - Spanish

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Windows

    · Proficiency in Power Point and Excel

    · Self-motivated and detail oriented

    · Superb communication skills – both written and verbal

    · Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment

    · Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving and follow up

    · Demonstrates high degree of integrity and confidentiality

    · Must have excellent judgment, independent thinker, and resourcefulness

    · Team player with a positive attitude

    · Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion required.
