Sophisticated Receptionist is needed for Telx Computers- a Tech company located in North Miami.
handling projects with customers, employees and basic tech platforms across all aspects.

- Provide highlevel administrative support to executives and senior management
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assist with project management tasks as assigned
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using personal assistant tools such as DocuSign, Google Suite, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent file management skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Accurate data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy in typing
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proactive problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Note:
Experience in event planning is a plus.
