Sophisticated Receptionist is needed for Telx Computers

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to executives and senior management
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assist with project management tasks as assigned

  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using personal assistant tools such as DocuSign, Google Suite, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Excellent file management skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Accurate data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy in typing
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in managing Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Note:
Experience in event planning is a plus.
