    We are currently seeking aSr Application Support Specialistto provide proactive support and training for enterprise software applications, assist the Help Desk with escalation and backup, and provide operational support for both IT and organizational projects.

    This is NOT a 100% remote job.

    AWWA runs on a hybrid reporting schedule; at least three days per week in the Denver office and up to two days of remote reporting.

    Essential Job FunctionsAdminister and provide support for internal and cloud enterprise software applicationsEvaluate and establish business processes to improve staff efficiencyProactively identify opportunities to improve AWWAs use of new and existing applicationsProvide training to staff for new applications and featuresProvide assistance and backup to the Help Desk, including escalation supportCreate and maintain administration and training documentation for all enterprise software applicationsProvide operational support for IT projects and programsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
    Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as neededKnow, understand, and follow employee guidelines, employment policies, and department or company proceduresWork schedules as required including working remotely, evenings and/or weekends as neededJob QualificationsEducation, Certification or Formal Training :High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelors degree in related area preferred or equivalent work experience in application support may be substituted in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis

    Preferred Certifications:
    Microsoft 365, NetSuite Administrator, CompTIA A+Minimum of three (3) years experience in similar role requiredDemonstrated expertise in basic IT concepts and operating systems including but not limited to Desktop Support, Application Support, Mobile Device Support, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server requiredAdvanced knowledge of AWWA applications including but not limited to Microsoft 365 (required) and Oracle NetSuite (preferred)


    Familiarity with ITSM service operations preferredAdvanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook requiredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSPay is targeted between $ $37.

    50 per hour depending on experience and is paired with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
