    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Established in 2009 by Steve Casey, Casey Construction is a Commercial Drywall & Floor Prep contractor built upon a family tradition of building relationships and providing quality interior finishes. Casey provides services all throughout the metro Washington, DC area and Raleigh, North Carolina. Our projects range across a variety of industries including life sciences, healthcare, law, government, and technology, which primarily consist of tenant fit-outs and interior renovations.

    Position Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President (and other senior staff, occasionally).

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain President's calendar. Provide a daily calendar of meetings, events, and tasks that require their attention.
    • Receive, review, and respond to communications in a timely and professional manner. Determine the importance of the communication, summarize, and distribute to the President and/or company personnel.
    • Answer calls, take messages, provide information, and transfer calls when needed.
    • Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for President/senior staff.
    • Arrange all travel, accommodations, and itineraries; coordinating all arrangements for President (and senior staff when needed).
    • Assist with the planning and preparation of internal and external meetings and calls; including gathering background information, drafting agendas, preparing materials and presentations, etc.
    • Schedule meetings and attend meetings on behalf of President when needed; track meeting notes and action items to ensure that follow-through and accountability are maintained.
    • Coordinate special projects that align with the priorities of the department and the company.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
    • A minimum of four (4) years of related experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform other duties as the business or executive priorities dictate.
    • Courteous and professional point of contact, exhibit a high level of client focus, representing both the President and the company in a positive light.
