Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.Responsibilities:
- Assist our Receptionist with providing front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Coordinate and plan company events, including meetings and teambuilding activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Utilize DocuSign to process and manage important documents
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to include A/R, A/P and client invoicing using LawPay and PerfectLaw
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate databases
- Act as a personal assistant to Executive Director, handling confidential information with discretion
Skills:
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role in a professional environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using DocuSign for document management and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as data entry and typing
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
Pay:
$ $28.84 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
