Jason L.

Jason is a results-oriented financial services and FinTech leader with more than 25 years of experience growing businesses and solving client’s problems via establishing strategic and channel partnerships, managing and developing software and data products, and by providing advisory services to C-Suite executives at hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies. Jason has a broad knowledge of the financial markets, and has specialty experience in market data, investor relations, corporate governance, and ESG.

Jason has held senior-level positions at leading financial services companies including Nasdaq and Thomson Reuters, as well as Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), the leading corporate governance and ESG provider. Jason has also worked for privately held startups, including The Carson Group (acquired by Thomson Reuters), and Visible Alpha LLC (a financial data provider backed by 12 leading investment banks). Jason started his career at Citigroup as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Smith Barney Asset Management in New York and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University.
