    Job Title: Mid-Market Account Executive

    Role Overview:

    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to join our GTM sales team as a Mid-Market Account Executive. In this position, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and surpassing monthly and quarterly targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS B2B sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate relationships with key decision makers and build a robust pipeline of prospects
    • Communicate the value of Eptura's solutions through a consultative sales approach
    • Exceed sales targets by generating new revenue and expanding existing accounts
    • Collaborate with the business development team to drive qualified leads
    • Engage with top-level executives and stakeholders
    • Devise and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory
    • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
    • Provide precise business forecasts
    • Stay updated on product developments, pricing, and contract details

    Requirements:

    • Strong desire to achieve results with integrity
    • Open to feedback and coaching with a forward-thinking mindset
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS sales
    • Proven track record in enterprise-level sales utilizing solution and value-based selling
    • Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen
    • Ability to establish trust and credibility with customers
    • Detail-oriented with a strategic outlook
