- 3+ years of experience crushing sales goals at a pre-seed, Series A, or Series B SaaS startup, independently closing deals.
- 1+ years of proven ability to navigate the full sales cycle within a fast-paced startup environment, managing complex, multi-threaded sales processes for enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth startup with a history of exceeding targets by X% (quantify your success).
- Experience closing high-value contracts consistently exceeding $50,000, contributing significantly to achieving revenue targets set (or similar metric).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated through impactful client presentations and demos.
- Adept at building strong, long-term customer relationships and fostering trust through clear and compelling communication.
- Thrive in an autonomous environment, possessing a strong sense of ownership and the ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Proven ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently to achieve ambitious goals.
- We work in a Hybrid Environment: You split your time between working from home and working in our Austin office (Tuesday - Thursday).
