    Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    This position will be remote, however, candidate must reside in one of the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, or Louisiana. Develop, maintain and expand customer base by serving as the primary interface between the customer and Eleven Fifty Seven on all business opportunities. Secure profitable sales growth in assigned territory and achieve established annual plans & goals as defined by management for the territory.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Achieve all established sales & objectives as defined by management for the territory.
    2. Maintain an acceptable activity rate in the following tasks as defined in periodic plans and objectives:
    3. New business proposals
    4. Customer visitations
    5. New account prospecting
    6. Provide accurate project specifications, customer needs and related information to appropriate Eleven Fifty Seven personnel for proposal development and project completion.
    7. Effectively develop and deliver presentations including present feature, benefits and advantages of company's products/services.
    8. Assist in resolving customer problems by communicating necessary information from customer to Eleven Fifty Seven and completing necessary tasks.
    9. Assist President in developing sales goals and objectives for the territory.
    10. Assist in developing annual sales plans including sales goals and expenses.
    11. Prepare and send professional and legible correspondence to customers.
    12. Complete all periodic or special reports as required.
    13. Maintain a current supply of demonstration materials including literature, product samples and other presentation aides.
    14. Provide necessary assistance towards the development of future products, markets and other related matters.
    15. Manage and control sales expenses within Eleven Fifty Seven sales expense policies and guidelines.
    16. Attend trade shows/conferences as necessary to promote Eleven Fifty Seven and its products.
    17. Maintain a strong, positive, and professional relationships with all customers, prospective customers and other industry related contacts.
    18. Inform President of pertinent competitive and market related matters that are experienced in field activities.
    19. Collaborate with Client Service and Creative in development of strategy to meet client needs.
    20. Utilize CRM system for client management and internal communication.
    21. Markets Company and its products at large or national tradeshows.
    22. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
    23. All team members of Eleven Fifty Seven are expected to exhibit continuous improvement in their respective position.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 2 years sales experience
    • Associates degree preferred

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Must have an understanding of company's project designs and pricing.
    • Ability to use the company's information systems including the remote use of Sales Logix as the primary internal tool for professional calendars, activity lists, correspondence files, etc. for all accounts and contacts.
    • Understanding of the company's design and manufacturing capabilities.
    • Ability to recommend solutions and alternatives to best meet customer requirements.
    • Ability to prospect for leads and secure qualified meetings.

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    • All team members of Eleven Fifty Seven must possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills; must listen for understanding to a customer's needs and expectations and be able to communicate those to others.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with all company personnel for the successful completion of customer projects.
    • Ability to write and communicate concise information on status of customer projects using company's processes and systems.
    • Ability to effectively demonstrate a product or service to a customer.
