    We are recruiting for an experience Accounting Manager (law firm experience preferred).

    This person will be responsible for the overall performance and duties of the Accounting Department, as well as working with clients, attorneys and staff at all levels.

    This Manager will be comfortable with implementing process improvements and refining best practices.

    Bachelor's Degree


    Experience doing general ledger analysis, monthly financial reporting, expense reporting, property tax reporting, annual census reporting, understanding payroll and responding to different survey requests.

    Must have Microsoft Suite, Aderant, automated payroll systems and timesheets.

    Hands-on management approach.

    Five plus years of accounting experience is desired.

    MUST COME INTO OFFICE FOR FIVE DAYS DURING PROBATION PERIOD, THEREAFTER, YOU MAY WORK ONE DAY REMOTE.

    $105, $140,000.00 per year
