Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track activities and progress
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate driver routes daily
  • Communicate with clients proactively to address their needs and resolve issues
  • Train new drivers
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 80 lbs.

Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in warm calling techniques
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Experience in sales is required
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with roofing and/or construction materials is a plus

Pay:
$67, $70,000.00 per year
