Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track activities and progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate driver routes daily
- Communicate with clients proactively to address their needs and resolve issues
- Train new drivers
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 80 lbs.
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency in warm calling techniques
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Experience in sales is required
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with roofing and/or construction materials is a plus
Pay:
$67, $70,000.00 per year
