looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to provide day-to-day bookkeeping services
for multiple related companies. The position includes daily bookkeeping duties for
multiple accounts including, but not limited to account reconciliations, accounts
receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly closing and journal entries as
requires. The job location is in the office 2 days a week to start.
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and accounting services, accounts receivable, accounts
payable, bank reconciliations, journal entries and monthly closing.
Maintain accurate information
Use effective written and verbal communication skills externally with
prospective clients, and internally with colleagues and managers.
Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.
Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience 5 year required
QuickBooks Online & Desktop experience required
Able to work in fast pace environment
Basic accounting knowledge
Basic project management skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer support skills
Ability to work under a supervisor and a team dynamic
Job Type:
