Audubon, NJ:
Head of Accounting and Payment Processing (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing the accounting and payment processing department
  • Overseeing the financial software SAP, especially the modules for management and cash handling
  • Serving as the main point of contact for questions regarding the SAP and xSuite Cube applications (key user)
  • Leading projects within your own area of responsibility, particularly in the digital transformation of administrative processes (digital modernization)
  • Assisting with the city's annual financial statements and conducting monthly closing tasks

Completed university degree in a business-related field:

  • Practical experience in commercial accounting or double-entry bookkeeping
