Come join our teamWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper.
This role will involve handling basic accounting tasks, managing QuickBooks Online, conducting follow-up calls, and assisting the sales team with administrative duties.
This position supports our CFOResponsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Handle basic accounting duties such as invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Conduct followup calls with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to update and organize sales data.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents.
- Perform general office tasks and assist with adhoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in payroll processing is a plus.
Schedule:
Flexible hours, ideally 2-4 hours a few days a week.
