Come join our team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper.

This role will involve handling basic accounting tasks, managing QuickBooks Online, conducting follow-up calls, and assisting the sales team with administrative duties.

This position supports our CFO


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Handle basic accounting duties such as invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Conduct followup calls with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to update and organize sales data.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents.
  • Perform general office tasks and assist with adhoc projects as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing is a plus.

Schedule:
Flexible hours, ideally 2-4 hours a few days a week.
