    Description


    This career opportunity is with the Banking Domain and Consulting unit of Wipro within Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical.

    This is a Client Engagement Partner position to deliver profitable growth by building on existing and emerging capabilities within the target account(s).

    The role holder is expected to grow the portfolio of services, and C-level relationships, which would also enable growth of other Wipro services.

    The role holder will be a key partner in driving account level strategy, with other leaders across the account.

    Delivery CapabilitiesDelivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-locational consulting projects with distributed teamsProven track record of differentiated consulting sales, and strong focus on delivery and operational managementTrack record of working on business and transformative technology themesRelevant experience working as an experience consultant and SME across the business value chain (e.g. global markets, asset management and asset servicing, stock exchanges and custodians, asset class experience, understanding of front and mid-back office functions, and associated corporate functions including Finance and Treasury) to position you in a leadership positionExperience in consultative selling and creating client business case for value-based pitchesResponsibilitiesCore responsibilities will include:Sales: Own the Consulting and Pull Through sales for assigned accountGrowth: Defining a sound business growth strategy in conjunction with account team; focus on growing the consulting business contribution to account through differentiated sales, and higher billing rates and margins.

    Ensuring the consulting business opens new business opportunities to expand Wipros client footprintSolutions and Competency:
    Enhancing positioning with the C-suite by effectively positioning differentiated services and solutions within the accountBranding: Creating a strong Wipro Market Positioning help improve Wipros mindshare amongst key stakeholders in client organizationsPeople Leadership : Ensuring strong leadership with the consulting teams engaged on named accountsSkills:Proven track record in profitably growing revenues through consultative salesDeep understanding of innovative customer models, products, services and business re-platforming strategiesOutstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills (clients, alliance partners, internal organization)Creative and motivational consulting leader who can focus diverse teams around common outcomesEntrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude and pragmatic approachGravitas to engage and grow relationships with senior business and IT clientsExemplary professional and corporate imageHighly adaptable in dynamic environmentsDelivers concise and effective communications with authorityIntegrates effectively into a global matrix environmentRetail Banking#J-18808-Ljbffr
