    We are seeking an outside SALES CONSULTANT to join our team You will be responsible for delivering Payroll, HCM and HR technology options to small and medium sized businesses to drive company revenue. Growth Stage Company achieving great things.

    Highest commission rates in the industry, uncapped

    Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company services to new customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Network with Bankers, Insurance, and CPA's

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a sales hunter
    • Strong networker and relationship builder
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Proven Closer
    • Positive Outlook
    • Persistent
    • Previous payroll sales experience is preferred

    A successful candidate will also be able to relate to small and medium sized business owners or decision makers. Prospecting and pipeline development skills are important. Daily responsibilities will include meeting with potential clients and selling them payroll and HR services. As well as build relationships with banks and CPA's as referral sources.
