    Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant for our Personal Lines team in Minneapolis, MN

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    · Perform various administrative duties and staff support services for the Personal Lines division.

    · Collect and analyze data, maintain records and databases, and prepare specialized reports using a variety of PC based software.

    · Process a variety of confidential information and documents.

    · Organize filing systems, answer phones, photocopy documents, prepare correspondence and documents, and process incoming and outgoing mail.

    · Order office supplies, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars.

    · May collect and interpret data to produce reports; conduct special projects, coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations, and travel arrangements.

    · Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    · Minimum of high school degree or equivalent and 2 years of administrative assistant experience.

    · Ideal candidate holds a current Property & Casualty license or we will help you to obtain your Property & Casualty license.

    · Strong attention to detail.

    · Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    · Demonstrated administrative, secretarial, and clerical skills.

    · Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office 365 products.
