- Create monthly client billing
- Process material requisitions and change orders; set up time and material tickets
- Manage certified payroll and review labor for billing
- Provide certificates of insurance
- Maintain projects in our software; job creation, change order entry
- Audit (confirm accuracy/look for mistakes) project information
- Arrange meetings, travel, events
- Track estimating opportunities, including logging bids, creating bid folders, and updating Building Connected
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree a plus
- At least 2 years' experience in a project coordinator or similar capacity; construction industry experience desired
- Proficiency in MS Office:
- Formatting and letter production in Word
- Creating and modifying formulas (including "if" formulas), formatting (including wrapping and merging cells) in Excel
- Scheduling meetings and tracking attendance in Outlook
- Proficiency in math
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize changing tasks
- Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Accountability, initiative, creativity, and proactivity
- Flawless grammar and spelling
