Project Coordinator
Romeoville, IL
Responsibilities:
- Release, track, and verify all equipment for jobs.
- Prepare estimates for projects that are currently out for bid.
- Prior to beginning a project, must read all drawings/plans and pick equipment best suited for the job.
- Track the shipment and billing of all projects.
- Create billing cycles and submit warranty claims.
- Serve as a first point of contact for postsale customer needs.
- Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their project and finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted end result.
- File necessary documentation.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination.
- Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Pay:
$57, $60,000.00 per year
