is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator on our Equipment Planning team to work in either our Naperville, IL or Dallas, TX offices.
Consideration will be extended for a possible remote schedule.Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible for formatting project related reports, schedules and documents as needed
- Assist with generating budget reports and creating budget documentation for submission to project team and key stakeholders
- Research medical equipment specifications, as necessary
- Ability to attend client user group meetings to provide support as requested
- Assist in assembling and running reports for Architecturally Significant Equipment (ASE) cut sheet books
- Review changes generated from user group meetings and update the equipment list in the Attainia database as needed
- Assist the project team in conducting physical inventory of existing equipment as requested
- Schedule vendor lunch and learns for the planning team
- Update business development and project information in Salesforce
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to interact with healthcare professionals, design professionals and clients
- Ability to multitask and manage several simultaneous projects
- Advanced computer proficiency required including developing spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision to assist in projects
- Knowledge of the construction industry desired
- Ability to travel 2025% of time including overnight stays
- Minimum of 13 years of experience within the Medical Equipment Planning industry as a project coordinator and/or administrative assistant preferred
- Alternate work experience would be considered
- Associates or Undergraduate Degree preferred
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull
- Will have limited exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises
