● Establish written risk management and trading plans for various clients. High-frequency trading as well as long
term accumulation of wealth.
● Create custom trading indicators using scripts in Java, thinkscript, C++ and python to simulate market intervals.
● Provide pivot table and query data comparing sector vs. sector securities and comparative data for managed
mutual funds and ETFs.
● Provide raw market data in multiple forms to clients. E.g., Point and Figure Charts
● Compile an income stream with a balance sheet in order to try to optimize asset allocation.

● Organize major commercial remodel projects and coordinate a day-to-day team of construction technicians while
tracking and paying for project expenses with balance sheets and confirmations using QuickBooks and Excel.
● Sell and provide maintenance services with commercial clients such as 7-11, Noodles & Company, and Petco
utilizing Service Channel, VIXXO and Corrigo. This includes pulling and maintaining permits, registration, and
licenses needed for client jobs.
● Established 401(k) and Health Insurance programs for employees and implemented workflow operations for
utilizing and repurposing stock materials. E.g., consolidating storage units and utilizing overflow stock materials.
● Ship and receive custom high-quality construction material to national locations.
● Compile and provide a quoted work scope with a breakdown of hours and material for construction projects.
● Prepare monthly presentations of completed projects to the client team.

● In charge of the Merrill Edge platform education. Curriculum included, but was not limited to: how to read a
statement balance, identifying holdings, available cash, providing tutorials on how to connect personal banks, and
how to designate new beneficiaries to their investment accounts.
● Initiated distributions from Merrill Edge accounts to client bank accounts and updated Client profile investment
information upon request.Connected clients to licensed representatives for investment advice and/or licensed
trade-desk representatives to assist in the liquidation of funds.
● Provided customer service in Tax filing documents, Required Minimum distributions and new account openings.
● Maintained over 90% compliance on the phones, speeding through training during end-of-year and tax season
volatility while learning to extend financial conversations with clients to connect them with suitable solutions.
