- Creating and driving demand generation at end user level in Southwest Texas area;
- Managing sales to the channel distribution network to grow share of wallet in the geographical area;
- Strongly collaborating with sales force of distributors partners and Envu contractors to drive incremental sales and product consumption.
- Closely working with Grant Coordinator and Government Relations Manager to maximize territory sales potential and generate incremental opportunities.
- Promoting Digital Solutions and help bring newly launched products to market.
- Drive demand generation at end user level by building relationship with distribution network, ranchers and retailers in the area by creating value for Envu portfolio, and monitoring KPIs to focus efforts on Envu priorities
- Provide and implement distribution account management tools, forecasting systems, inventory reporting and trade marketing plans to key distributors partners.
- Prioritized focus on interfaces with Sales Force of Key Distributors, Grant Coordinator, and Government Relations Manager by working in close liaison with Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager and National Sales Manager to reach overall team goal.
- Prepare and present the Envu portfolio to the customers and end users in the area by implementing the company sales policies. Monthly report market evolution and competitor activities.
- Manage customer complaints claims and inquiries to avoid reimbursement while keeping high level of product stewardship while working close to VM Stewardship Team.
- Provide the high level of technical product training and support to the key customers and end users' technical directors and managers.
- Collaborate for Rangeview to increase subscription and foster adoption of Grazing Management module.
- BS with minimum of 7+ years relevant industry experience in the Range and Pasture, or Agricultural channels.
- Non degreed 10+years of relevant industry experiences
- Excellent technical knowledge and ability to read the market
- Precise and concise reporting
- High capacity to define priorities and time allocation
- Excellent presentation and selling skills, including use of support software
- Ability to sell and execute the integrated customer programs, incentives and category management.
