    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Must live in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana or Arkansas.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned region
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments
    • Work alongside marketing to help create relevant messaging for current and prospective dealers
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
    • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help guide future decisions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
    • Track and report all sales activities
    • Develop custom installation channels

    What you Bring

    • 5+ years of experience selling high end audio products
    • Experience utilizing a CRM tool
    • Self-motivated with a entrepreneurial mentality
    • Proven track record of success with solution sales
    • Experience in a high activity driven sales environment
    • Must currently live within the geographic territory
    • Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time within the territorymentality
