    Description

    Central Regional Sales Manager Territory: TX, IL, KS, MO, ND, SD, NE, OK, MN, IA, AR, LA, WI (Candidate can work remotely from the listed states).

    Responsibilities:

    • Exceed assigned targets for profitable sales bookings growth
    • Lead manufacturer's representation network
    • Develop monthly sales territory and account strategies
    • Cultivate business relations with customers
    • Monitor and report on competitive activity and sales trends
    • Participate in sales activities and customer relationships
    • Present monthly funnel review and progress reports
    • Facilitate sales representatives with product line promotion and training
    • Manage special price requests

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business and Eight years of related experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office & Salesforce software
    • Knowledge and acumen in military sales
    • Demonstrated success in sales strategy development and execution
    • Experience in S&OP business process framework
    • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
    • Ability to execute priorities and challenge assumptions
    • 50% travel availability
    • Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing
