    Responsibilities:

    As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for P&L. Lead your team in establishing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers. Spend your time in the field, calling on customers in various industries such as semi-conductors, high-tech, aggregate, food, and more.

    Develop your team to exceed sales and profit goals, create a productive environment, and facilitate personal and team growth.

    • Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members.
    • Manage service center sales activities, territory management, and sales performance goals.
    • Analyze market conditions, identify new customers, and propose strategies to maximize sales.
    • Handle assigned accounts personally.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of field sales management or leadership experience.
    • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product.
    • Industrial distribution experience is a plus.
    • Operations or P&L experience is beneficial.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
