- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Gather necessary information and documents from clients and other relevant sources.
- Handle incoming calls and other communication interactions with clients and third parties.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Organize and maintain electronic case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Collect, review, and verify medical bills, liens, declaration pages, payment logs, and other relevant documents from third parties.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, communicating all aspects of the case as needed.
- Manage a high volume of clients while maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients.
- Prior legal experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a heavy workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
