Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Support the office staff with administrative duties as needed
  • Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an office setting or similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $23.09 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
