- Post job descriptions and screen applications.
- Contact and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Conduct background checks and maintain candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding by preparing paperwork and providing orientation.
- Update and manage employee files and access fobs.
- Communicate employee departures and perform other assigned tasks.
- Openness to gaining experience, with some prior office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in computer usage and data entry, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
