Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Learn products and be able to make recommendations
- Help both residential and commercial customer resolve issues
- Manage social media
- Reach out and interact with future clients
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours:
M-F 6:00AM - 5:00PM
SMOKE AND DRUG FREE WORK PLACE
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Expected hours:
