    Accounts Receivable Specialist:

    Are you interested in joining a growing and profitable company to contribute to a successful accounting team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist? This role is responsible for performing a variety of support tasks within the Accounting department.

    What you'll do:
    Responsible for light collections including reaching out to vendors via email and phoneWorking with the sales department on new order entryAssisting with daily, weekly, and monthly billing processCommunicating directly with customers regarding upcoming and past due invoicesPreparing and maintaining aging reportsHandling bookkeepingWho you are: 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experienceExcellent organizational skillsDetail oriented with strong communication skillsA team player with a positive attitudeWhy work here?     The expected range for this role is $22 to $26 per year DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
