As the FlutterFlow Marketplace Manager, you'll be responsible for building our marketplace strategy and operations from the ground up.
This is a key component in our growth and offers a unique opportunity to shape a core component of our business.
This is a remote position.Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the entire FlutterFlow marketplace, implementing innovative strategies to drive its growth and success.
Develop a comprehensive strategy to build a robust ecosystem of marketplace creators, encouraging innovation and engagement within the community.
Collect, analyze, and utilize feedback and data from users and marketplace sellers to continuously enhance the Marketplace platform.
Provide feedback to the engineering team on needed product features and enhancements.
Define and implement processes to ensure regulatory compliance across all marketplace operations.
Monitor marketplace trends to ensure our platform remains competitive and user-centric.
Key Skills:
You are resourceful and a problem solver. You have a strong solution centric mindset.
Bias towards action and comfort making decisions quickly, even in the absence of complete information.
Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills. You are equally comfortable discussing strategy with executives as you are with discussing technical requirements with engineers.
Strong customer empathy. You listen, ask questions, and enjoy giving/receiving feedback.
You can collaborate across teams and gain alignment among stakeholders.
Nice To Have:
Computer Science background.
Familiarity with FlutterFlow or similar low-code platforms.
Prior experience in application development.
Experience with marketplace and monetization strategies.
