- Build out the recruiting process and train hiring managers across the US.
- Identify qualified candidates by utilizing various methods, tools, and creative recruiting tactics.
- Support recruiting activities such as posting jobs, researching and creating job descriptions, offer letter generation, etc.
- Conduct candidate screenings (phone screens, interviews, reference checks, etc.) and set up interviews with hiring managers.
- Work closely with HR when individuals are chosen for hire to begin the onboarding process.
- Provide regular updates to HR and hiring managers, as well as other stakeholders regarding candidate status.
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment efforts including but not limited to: sourcing, interviewing, advertising, scheduling, candidate assessment, onboarding and additional follow-up after hire.
- Work closely and develop relationships with hiring managers to better understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Remain informed of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Responds to inquiries regarding positions and assists applicants with application and hiring process to create a positive candidate experience.
- Strive for continuous improvement.
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned.
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting/talent acquisition, as well as HR.
- Prior experience with recruiting in multiple states.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems preferably Paylocity.
- Obsessed with creating a great candidate experience.
- Strong initiative and ability to learn systems and implement processes and procedures.
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organization skills.
- Highly collaborative and responsive with excellent communication skills.
- Self-disciplined to work in a remote environment.
