    Shared Practices Group is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who possesses a relentless drive to excel in their role.

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff for our various locations.

    Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, develop candidate pipelines, and attract talent to support our mission while building a reputation for solid, competent and caring placements.

    The ideal candidate will have knowledge in full cycle recruitment and may be asked to assist and support the HR team as needed.

    Responsibilities
    Build out the recruiting process and train hiring managers across the US.
    Identify qualified candidates by utilizing various methods, tools, and creative recruiting tactics.
    Support recruiting activities such as posting jobs, researching and creating job descriptions, offer letter generation, etc.
    Conduct candidate screenings (phone screens, interviews, reference checks, etc.) and set up interviews with hiring managers.
    Work closely with HR when individuals are chosen for hire to begin the onboarding process.
    Provide regular updates to HR and hiring managers, as well as other stakeholders regarding candidate status.

    Manage full life-cycle recruitment efforts including but not limited to: sourcing, interviewing, advertising, scheduling, candidate assessment, onboarding and additional follow-up after hire.

    Work closely and develop relationships with hiring managers to better understand their staffing needs and preferences.
    Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
    Remain informed of relevant employment laws and regulations.
    Responds to inquiries regarding positions and assists applicants with application and hiring process to create a positive candidate experience.
    Strive for continuous improvement.
    Must be flexible for other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    Experience in full life cycle recruiting/talent acquisition, as well as HR.
    Prior experience with recruiting in multiple states.
    Familiar with applicant tracking systems preferably Paylocity.
    Obsessed with creating a great candidate experience.
    Strong initiative and ability to learn systems and implement processes and procedures.
    Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organization skills.
    Highly collaborative and responsive with excellent communication skills.
    Self-disciplined to work in a remote environment.
    Demonstrates company core values in all interactions.
