Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the recruitment process for all positions and assist in developing strategies to recruit talented workers.
  • Identify and utilize all appropriate sourcing techniques to meet staffing needs. This will include but is not limited to, social media, print, job fairs, networking, cold calls, and employee referrals.
  • Manage job offers made by hiring managers and facilitate the prescreening employment process.
  • Coordinate with company managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform all necessary parties.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure successful interviewing methods are being deployed in their processes.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for all positions within the company.
  • Conduct ongoing exit & "stay" interviews with current employees; utilize findings to fix what isn't working and duplicate what is.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Visit property sites and stay up to date on the roles we are filling by getting to know the teams.
  • Track goals, reviews metrics, and evaluates the performance of the hiring cycle; identify areas of success and those that would benefit from improvement, then execute plans to attain desired results.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process with new hires to ensure a consistent, seamless firstday experience for all.
  • Develop strategies to retain our talented workers.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualification


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and have the ability to work a consistent schedule.

  • 2 years experience in fullcycle recruitment and retention or similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, UKG (UltiPro) experience preferred
  • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred but not required
  • Physical Demands include regularly sitting; using hands to fingers to handle or feel; reaching with hands and arms; ability to talk and hear; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently stand to deliver information to persons or groups; and walk properties to identify opportunities for training.
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Ability to speak/talk to others to convey information effectively.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
