    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and creative Front End Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for various marketing channels, managing our Shopify store, creating visually appealing graphics, and executing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creative writing, strategic thinking, and technical skills to drive customer engagement and brand growth. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the backend marketer, vendors, and affiliates to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing approach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Craft compelling copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, and our Shopify store.
    • Ensure all communications are clear, engaging, and on-brand.
    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage our customer base and drive conversions.
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
    • Manage and update our Shopify store with new products, promotions, and content.
    • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
    • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
    • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual content.
    • Grow the brand on social media through strategic content creation and community engagement.
    • Communicate with other brands and affiliates to build partnerships and collaborations.
    • Meet with vendors regularly to ensure they meet our standards and timelines.
    • Hold vendors accountable for deliverables and performance.
    • Work closely with the backend marketer to brainstorm and execute marketing ideas.
    • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy to push the brand forward.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a copywriter and marketer, preferably with experience in email marketing and social media.
    • Proficient in Shopify and Canva.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and hold others accountable.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative marketing ideas.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in partnership and affiliate marketing.
    • Preferably in Florida, but open anywhere on the East Coast
    • Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time based on performance)
    • Salary: $2,000/month (Part-Time) or Competitive Full-Time Salary
