Hourly Rate:
$16hr (Shift Differential for Weekend Shifts - $18hr):


  • Schedule: 10AM
  • 7PM (Weekend
  • 9AM-5:30PM) | Full-Time (At Least 1 Weekend Shift Per Week):

Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound calls following up on homeowners' inquiries
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Taking inbound calls for customer servicerelated questions and marketing leads
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Handling an average of 150 calls per day

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 2yrs of Call Center/Customer Service Experience:


  • Prior Experience with High Volume of Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Familiarity with Dual Computer Screens:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
