    Job Highlights:

    Reports To: Sr. Director, Growth Marketing

    Location: Remote - Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX or Southern California (Preferred)

    Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus opportunities

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. CRM Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer relationship strategies. The successful candidate in this role will have a strong background in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to engage our customers and drive business growth.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
    • Manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring efficient operation and leveraging its full capabilities.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and use this information to optimize campaign strategies.
    • Create targeted, personalized marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee the segmentation of the customer base for tailored marketing efforts.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
    • Stay abreast of CRM best practices and technologies, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
    • Partner with sales/operations to oversee task management and reporting
    • Obsession with optimization and analytics, including but not limited to A/B testing, with a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and a relentless pursuit of enhanced performance metrics
    • A deep understanding of Hubspot, with a commitment to constant learning and development of new features and best practices, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of CRM technology and marketing strategies
    • Dedication to staying ahead of industry trends in CRM, with a focus on leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovative customer engagement and business growth.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in CRM marketing, with extensive experience using HubSpot.
    • Proficiency in CRM Software, marketing and productivity tools, i.e. Tableau, Mind Body, Daysmart, Clickup, Google Analytics, Looker, Miro, and Hotjar
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • Highly organized, with strong project management skills.
    • Location-based experience
    • Passion for soccer and the sports industry is a plus.

    • 60 Days: Surface and implement suggested optimizations
    • 90 Days: Reportable, positive results from suggested optimizations
