Description
Centrex Software is a rapidly growing, profitable financial technology (fintech) company that still embodies a small start-up culture. We provide various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, including CRM, white-labeled mobile apps, loan management systems, and more. Our primary customers are banks, lenders, and loan brokers in B2B and B2C markets.


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to Centrex Software products and services
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to Tier2 technical support or other departments as required
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the company's ticketing system
  • Providing regular updates and status reports to customers and management
  • Collaborating with other teams and departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Contributing to the company's knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation and FAQs

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with help desk software, customer service software, and remote desktop tools
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in software development or IT operations
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions
  • Understanding of corporate finance

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
