    • Base Salary Range: $43,600 - $44,600
    • Commission Range: $30, ,000+ (No Commission Cap)
    • Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000
    • Annual Employee Appreciation Bonus: Up to $2,000
    • Total Comp: Up to $88,000

    Who You Are

    You'll drive success through proactive customer engagement and tailored product solutions. We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a knack for uncovering customer needs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Parts Team to achieve shared objectives, all within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Our team is composed of (5) highly motivated individuals whose personal strengths work in synergy to achieve goals and creatively solve challenges that may arise along the sales process.

    What We're Looking For

    Minimum Qualifications/Skills

    • 3-5 years of inside sales experience
    • Background in power generation or industrial equipment (preferred)
    • Proficiency in handling the dynamic nature of our industry's critical applications with a heightened sense of urgency
    • Proven meticulous attention to detail for autonomous order processing within the sales cycle
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
    • Exceptional customer-centric approach
    • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of AI, such as ChatGPT, and its applications
    • Proven adaptability to evolving procedures and shifting tools/resources amid automation improvements
    • Competitive nature and a will to succeed in a target-driven environment

    • Master our diverse product line and inventory to maximize sales opportunities
    • Forge strong partnerships within our team through collaborative efforts
    • Navigate the entire lead cycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences
    • Proactively scout for promising leads, complementing our robust marketing endeavors
    • Cultivate lasting customer relationships, streamlining order processing for utmost satisfaction
    • Leverage teamwork to drive profitability, adeptly upselling and cross-selling alongside our sales team
    • Tackle hurdles head-on, employing innovative problem-solving to overcome challenges
