    Description
    Our client is looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst to join their team. This individual will be a key member of the team and major support for the business.

    This includes coordinating and executing testing for new software releases, collect, analyze and report system performance data, perform regular audits on all software applications and hardware used within the operation.

    The Business Systems Support Analyst will be a member of the Voyage Travel Services team which is very fast pace and dynamic so it is crucial that this person is a team player and willing to be flexible, adapt to change and jump in wherever needed.

    This role will also help introduce other teams to these new systems and help them understand how they work and don't work and hold hands along the way.

    The BSSA will participate in grooming sessions to design business rules and operational guidelines and deliver on projects and deadlines in a timely manner in accordance to quarterly Program Planning.

Required Skills & Experience5+ years of relevant professional experience Experience in the travel/cruise/hospitality industry Extensive experience with Seaware (FIT) Knowledgeable in SAFe agile methodology Experience with Jira (or another system for ticketing) Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, successfully meeting deadlines Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
