- Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable areas with various filing duties such as: purchase orders, receiving tickets, paid vouchers, remittance advises, various computer data entry registers, etc.
- Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable areas with computer data entry such as vouchers and customer cash application, etc.
- Miscellaneous typing duties
- Must have excellent figure aptitude and be detailed oriented
- Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivables in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Syteline preferred
- Data entry experience
- Typing, spreadsheet skills helpful
- Availability for nonstandard or extended work schedule
- Strong communication, organizational, written and follow-up skills
- Requires self-motivation and ability to complete projects with strict guidelines
- Must be able to work in a quick paced environment
- Proficient use of a 10-key adding machine
- General knowledge of ISO 9000
