Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Managing accounts receivable and collections for all customers
- Assisting in closing accounting records each month
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Post credit memos issued to customers
- Handle daily deposits
- Call past due customers for payment
- Resolve customer nonpayment issues
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Utilize Sage, or comparable system, and accurately input customer payments
- Type 4550 words per minute
- Associates Degree or equivalent in education and experience. At least two consecutive years of college courses preferred.
