Description

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated commercial employee as an accounting clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Wickede (Ruhr), starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Accounts payable and receivable
Electronic processing of incoming invoices
Preparation and execution of payment runs
Reminder and debt management
Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Creation of outgoing invoices
Handling of general administrative tasks

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as an industrial clerk or tax clerk
First professional experience, particularly in accounting and fixed asset accounting
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
Team player, resilient and communicative
