- Viant is looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs within Viant's Data Platform and Advanced Reporting solutions
- As a client-centric Technical Account Manager, you will manage client experiences, offer educational support, strengthen relationships, and innovate with tailored solutions
- Ideal candidates have project management skills, client service expertise, and knowledge of advertising technology
- Strong communication skills, industry awareness, and creativity to solve client challenges are essential
- Build credibility by supporting clients with technical inquiries and issue resolution
- Support clients using Viant's Data Platform and Advanced Reporting solutions, driving engagement with the technology
- Act as a key advisor, understanding client requirements and aligning technical solutions with their needs
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions
- Provide training and documentation for internal teams on processes and strategies
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze data to drive performance and inform strategies
- Stay updated on technology trends relevant to clients and the industry
- 4+ years of experience in client service roles
- Expertise in ad tech technologies like data onboarding, DSPs, ad serving, programmatic buying, and data targeting
- Proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery, and cloud-based systems
- Results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Open to new ideas and feedback to adapt strategies based on client needs and trends
