    About the Opportunity

    This is an opportunity for a polished, self-motivated, and professional Transaction Coordinator to join one of the top teams at Douglas Elliman. The TC will report to the Director of Operations and provide day-to-day support to the team's agents and will be based out of the 575 Madison Avenue office location.

    The ideal candidate has previous real estate industry experience and is successful in working in a team setting. Candidates must be able to perform a wide range of duties and executive support-related tasks promptly and with high-performance standards. Bonus if the candidate has marketing skills and/or an affinity for marketing.

    There is an abundance of opportunities to grow alongside the company in this role - the candidate must be a go-getter.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of listings and client database
    • Communicating with third-party vendors
    • Ordering photos from photographers
    • Making sure all data is obtained to accurately market properties
    • Submission of listings to the company website and distribution channels
    • Ensuring listings are properly advertised on all portals
    • Liaison with managing agents, outside brokers, and other third-party stakeholders
    • Coordination of sales process: from listing to deal, following a checklist of all steps
    • Knowing and assisting with all aspects of the deal process while maintaining internal data and providing support to agents
    • Assembly of board packages
    • Administrative/office management duties will be required
    • Ad hoc marketing tasks (as needed)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2 years of direct residential real estate experience required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred; NYS RE License
    • Must be punctual and reliable and a self-starter with the ability to work without direct supervision
    • Possess a strong client service and problem-solving orientation
    • Ability to thrive in a highly visible fast fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
    • Organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Google Suite
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work well within a team environment
    • Very strong verbal and written communication skills

    Compensation

    • $65,000 annually
    • Benefits package
