With a focus on delivering top-notch legal services, they are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Paralegal to support their growing practice.

As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions.

From conducting due diligence and drafting legal documents to coordinating closings and communicating with clients, you will contribute to the success of the firm by ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

Conducting title searches, reviewing surveys, and analyzing property reports.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
Coordinating closings, including preparing closing checklists and organizing closing documents.
Communicating with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
Assisting attorneys with research, document preparation, and case management.
Managing and organizing files, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
Providing administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate law.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and related legal principles.
Proficiency in conducting title searches and using real estate research tools.
Excellent drafting, proofreading, and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
