Job DescriptionCustomer Service & Sales RepresentativeWe're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative in our client's bustling call center. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company, engaging with customers over the phone to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located near Woodridge, IL.
