Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Studio41 team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and supporting the sales team.

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and keep messaging system organized
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Help keep the showroom organized
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks (transfers & receiving paperwork, keep samples up to date and organized)
  • Support sales associates with kitchen and bath projects

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Friendly and engaged

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
