Brief Position Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, independent individual focusing in client service and communication that enjoys a fast paced environment.

He or she is the first and last contact with the hospital and key to creating first and lasting impressions.

The Veterinary Customer Service Representative must have exceptional client service and communication skills, be computer literate, handle payment and financial issues, have the ability to multi-task, project a friendly attitude and possess confidence to deal with stressful situations.

Representatives support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.


Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
