- Liaise with Programmers: Work closely with the programming team to ensure that the business requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during development.
- System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or enhancement. Make recommendations based on these analyses.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and monitoring project progress. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing to ensure that the developed systems meet the business requirements. Validate the functionality and performance of the system before it is deployed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
